From Maiern (Hotel Schneeberg, 1400 m) on a narrow side road across the valley brook to the hamlet of Gsennen, following the sign "Aglsbodenalm" following the wide, not to be missed forest trail Ground, up to the edge of the wide Aglboden (here a little staumauer) and on the paved path across the ground to the hut of the Aglsbodenalm (1720m, not in winter); from the starting point 1:30 hrs. Descent: Either completely over the ascent path or from the lower ground on the narrower but also paved footpath (in the last part are a few rocky places with maintenance lines) on the orographic right side through forest valley to the Ridnaun valley exit (here buildings of the former mine) and on the road just to the starting point;good 1 h
