Local tax
All accommodation prices do not include the mandatory tourist tax as required by law (Provincial Law no. 9 of 16/05/2012) which all accommodation facilities in South Tyrol are legally required to charge starting from 01/01/2014.
The municipal accommodation tax is determined in the sense of Art. 1 par. 1 of the Provincial Law per night and per person over 14 years of age and was modified as of 01/01/2024:
- In 4-star and 4s-star accommodation establishments €3.40 per person and night
- In accommodation establishments with 3/3s stars as well as in UaB establishments with 5 flowers and private rentals with 5 suns €2.90
per person and night
- For all other accommodation establishments €2.40 per person and night
