A rich breakfast with hearty farmhouse bread and homemade jams made from fruit from the garden starts your day in the morning. After a wonderful excursion in the mountains – whether on foot, by bike, or on skis – a warm, fortifying meal in the nearest Alpine hut awaits you. Then, in the afternoon, a delicious snack (marende), or coffee and cake give you a boost of energy. Later, an aperitif in the village bar tantalises your tastebuds, and finally, a candlelit dinner satisfies your hunger.
Ridnaun, Ratschings, and Jaufental are passionate about culinary delights. There is certainly something to satisfy your appetite from the Törggele evening in the 'Buschenschank' wine taverns to the tasting menu in the gourmet restaurant. And because a meal is only as good as the ingredients themselves, it is a matter of honour that only regional and seasonal produce goes into each dish.
