Ascent: From St. Anton (S. Antonio) up to the right of the river and across a meadow all the way up into the forest. Go straight up through the forest, over a narrow ridge to a meadow and to the road before the Wieslhof. From there, take the forest path into the Gospeneider valley until the terrain opens up. Now keep to the right and climb over climb up beautiful, moderately steep slopes. Turn right onto the Gospeneider Jöchl (2303 m). Left over a wide ridge to the summit.

Directions
From the A22 motorway exit in Sterzing/Vipiteno head west towards Gasteig/Casateia and turn left into the Jaufental valley. Continue to St. Anton (bus stop Außertal) or by car up to the Wieslhof.
