Take the Ratschings-Jaufen cable car up to the mountain station at approx. 1,800 m. From here, follow trail no. 19B, passing the Wasserfalleralm mountain hut, to the Saxnerhütte alpine hut. Trail no. 12 then leads up to the Saxenle peak.

The starting point can be reached by bus line 319 (Sterzing/Vipiteno – Ratschings/Racines). Get off at the “Innerratschings, Bichl/Racines di Dentro, Via Colle” stop. Further information on timetables and connections is available at www.suedtirolmobil.info/en.
Directions
From Sterzing, continue towards the Ratschingstal valley until reaching the valley station of the Ratschings-Jaufen cable car in the hamlet of Bichl.
