Take the Ratschings-Jaufen cable car up to the mountain station at approx. 1,800 m. The itinerary follows the Ratschings Alpine Pasture Trail (Ratschinger Almenweg), passing the Wasserfalleralm mountain hut and proceeding to the Saxnerhütte mountain hut. From here, the route continues along the alpine pasture trail, leading to the Äußere Wumblsalm and Innere Wumbelsalm mountain huts and, finally, to the Klammalm mountain hut.

Description to arrive at destination
From Sterzing, continue towards the Ratschingstal valley until reaching the valley station of the Ratschings-Jaufen cable car in the hamlet of Bichl.
Parking
Parking is available at the Ratschings-Jaufen cable car, both above ground and in the underground car park.
Public transport
The starting point can be reached by bus line 319 (Sterzing/Vipiteno – Ratschings/Racines). Get off at the “Innerratschings, Bichl/Racines di Dentro, Via Colle” stop. Further information on timetables and connections is available at www.suedtirolmobil.info/en.
