Starting from Gasteig, the mainly flat route first leads through a small forest, then you reach the hiking trail, which continues to Stange. Cross the bridge there and continue along the asphalted cycle path to Mareit. Follow the same path back to Stange. There you can either cross the bridge again and then run back to Gasteig on the hiking trail or stay on the cycle path and follow it back to the starting point.
The route can be extended or shortened as desired. The starting point (Gasteig - Stange - Mareit) can be chosen freely.

Coming from Sterzing, drive in the direction of Ridnauntal as far as Gasteig, Stange or Mareit.
Parking
Car park at the industrial zone Unterackern (Gasteig), Stange sports zone or at the village center of Mareit.
Public transport
By bus 312 (Sterzing/Vipiteno-Ridnauntal/Val Ridanna) from Sterzing to the bus stop in Gasteig, Stange or Mareit.
