Starting from the “Joggilerhof” bus stop in the hamlet of Gasse in the Ridnauntal valley, continue past the Entholz farms and follow trail no. 25B steeply uphill through the forest. Upon reaching the gravel track, continue through the woodland to the Kerschbaumeralmmountain hut. From here, trails no. 25B and no. 25 lead to the summit of Mareiter Stein.

Description to arrive at destination
From Sterzing, follow the road into the Ridnauntal Valley to Gasse, to the Joggelehof at the turn-off for the Gasse ski lift.
Parking
Parking is available near the “Joggilerhof” bus stop, along the roadside in the direction of Sterzing.
Public transport
The starting point can be reached by bus line 312 (Sterzing/Vipiteno – Ridnaun/Val Ridanna). Get off at the “Joggilerhof” stop. Further information on timetables and connections is available at www.suedtirolmobil.info/en.
