Salita: Da S. Antonio si sale sul lato destro del torrente e si attraversa un prato che si restringe verso l’alto fino a entrare nel bosco. Si prosegue sempre dritti nel bosco, brevemente su una stretta dorsale fino a raggiungere un prato e quindi la strada, poco prima del maso Wieslhof. Da lì si prende la strada forestale che entra nella valle di Caspineto, finché il terreno si apre. Ora si tiene la destra e si sale attraverso bei pendii moderatamente ripidi fino a un avvallamento sotto una sella. Con un ampio giro verso destra si raggiunge Sella di Gospeneid/Gospeneider Jöchl (2303 m). Da lì, a sinistra su un’ampia dorsale fino alla vetta.

Description to arrive at destination
From the A22 motorway exit in Sterzing/Vipiteno head west towards Gasteig/Casateia and turn left into the Jaufental valley. Continue to St. Anton (bus stop Außertal) or by car up to the Wieslhof.

The car park at the starting point is available to you free of charge.

Public transport

By public bus 314 (Sterzing/Vipteno-Jaufental/Val Giovo) from Sterzing to the bus stop "St. Anton".
