Mobility is "green"!
Our valleys are known for their unspoiled natural beauty, which we feel is very important to protect. With this goal in mind, the tourist area comprising the Racines, Ridanna and Giovo valleys is now a member of Alpine Pearls, the international association devoted (among other things) to non-polluting mobility in tourist areas. Our guests can take advantage of electrically assisted bicycles that can be picked up at special distribution points and rented for several days. A battery changing station is located in Ridanna. Ask for brochures and information on itineraries at the local Tourist Association and experience the pleasure of a healthy bike ride!
The first “Electromobility Day in Racines” will be held in May 2012. For an entire day, visitors can get information on electric vehicles and try them out directly at the site of the event.
